The University of Sheffield and CITY College have worked together since 1993 and for the last eleven years CITY College has been the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield. Throughout that period, the University of Sheffield and CITY College have been proud to deliver excellent teaching and to have had a significant impact across the region.
Looking to the future, the University of Sheffield and CITY College have agreed to begin a phased ending of the relationship up until 2024.
This decision will not impact on the completing the studies of current students and, of course, all students will be awarded the degree from the University of Sheffield. All current students will be unaffected and we will continue to work together until 2024 to enable you to complete your studies and receive your University of Sheffield degree.
CITY College will be working with the University of York to build on its achievements and to establish CITY College as the University of York Europe Campus. Like the University of Sheffield, the University of York is one of the leading UK universities and consistently ranks among the very best universities in the world.
